We highly value customers' complete satisfaction. Within 7 days of receiving your vehicle, within 3 days of delivery for blanket and dolls, folding bike and other items(non-vehicles), if you decide to return your vehicle for any reason, just give our customer service department a call or shoot an email and we may refund your money or send you a replacement based on our return policy as follows:
Procedures to return:
1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department. Any vehicles returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
2. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
3. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
4. Vehicle must be returned in its original packaging within 7 days in new and re-sellable condition.
5. This return policy does not apply to vehicles that have had alterations, modifications, abuse, negligence, and accidents or have not received proper protection and maintenance.
6. All packaging materials, instruction manuals and parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages or which is used or ridden once, it should be brand new, never used..
7. If the vehicle is approved to return, 30% restocking fee may be applied upon you.
8. If you have received your vehicle for more than 7 days and have used it, you are not eligible to return it for refund or replacement. You can send the vehicle or parts to us at your own expense; we will repair it and send it back to you at your cost.
9. In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return shipment . Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund. For free shipping items, the first shipment is the actual shipping cost that we pay to the shipping company to deliver your merchandise.
10. Due to health and personal hygiene concerns, all clothing and helmets are non-refundable
Shipping charge is not refundable or non-credited back. Please notify us immediately if damaged in shipping so we can help you to take proper steps to replace the damaged part and claim with the shipping carrier for damage compensation.
If there is any charge back initiated by customer due to damages you will have to pay 30% restocking fee.
Warning! "Manufactures defects will only be covered" There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance or defective. Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and shipment cannot be stopped. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been processed or shipped, you will be charged for return shipping (if necessary) and a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. Shipping charge cannot be refunded. You must email us to get confirmation of cancellation. It is a very big inconvenience for us to cancel an order, due to the fact that scooters and motorsports vehicles are large and hard to move around.
All of our vehicles pass a rigorous 36 point inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the motor powered vehicle has occured, it has surely happened during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged motor powered vehicle, you need to let the delivery driver sign on the delivery form for proof of any damage before the delivery driver leaves, and you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can help you file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix your damaged motor powered vehicle. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of damage claim.
The product will be delivered in a crate and is safely packed. It is critical that you inspect the unit(s) prior to the delivery company leaving to insure no damage occurred during transportation. If any damage occurs, you are fully responsible to let the delivery driver sign for proof before the driver leaving, by doing so, you keep the right to file possible future claim for compensation, otherwise you lose or give up your claim opportunity. If damages do occur please notify the shipping company upon delivery and note damages before signing the release forms. If the shipping company leaves before you inspect, you may be denied the claim by the shipping company. It is the buyer's complete responsibility to note the damages with the shipping company. The claim is only between you and the shipping company. You must then contact us within 72 hours, so that we can assist you in filing a claim against the trucking co. You may be required to email us pictures of the damages, so that we can determine the severity level and make the ultimate decision to send you replacement parts, but parts are not free if damaged by trucking company or buyers or due to buyer's careless and other buyer's reason. IF YOU REFUSE AN ITEM FOR ANY REASON YOU WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF ORIGINAL SALES PRICE PLUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS.
Warning: If buyer tries to modify,change or repair something on any vehicles or scooters, or misuse or mishandle the vehicles, any damage and malfunction will be the buyer's full responsibility, it has nothing to do with Marshal Imports
